Oral Surgery
*SOLVED

I received oral surgery February 3, 2010 from American Dental Care located at 722 Market St in Philadelphia, PA and the experience was horrible. My appointment was for 3:00pm, and I rushed to get there, the procedure didn't get started until 4:15. First, the laughing gas they gave me wasn't working and then the oral surgeon proceeds to insult my nose, saying that it was too big for the device to properly fit over it. He then begins exclaiming I had the biggest wisdom teeth he's ever seen on any person. The teeth weren't coming out the way he expected them to, as it appeared he was frustrated, sighing like he was annoyed and was in a rush to get somewhere. Then, he noticed I had a cold sore on my top lip and he proceeds to tell me that it wasn't good and I shouldn't kiss anyone because I'm carrying a virus in my system. As if I wasn't embarrassed about it to begin with, he proceeds to tell me this, which I am fully aware of, but it is right for you to say something like to someone whose in your care. So not only was I in pain from having the teeth pulled, I was utterly disguisted with the surgeon, and the office as a whole. I will not return to the company as a whole if I can help it
