Oral-B satin floss
11-21-18 called customer svc to advise that the 54.6 yd. container of satin floss was unsatisfactory - waxed portion of floss was stripped as it was pulled from the inner chamber to the cut-off portion of container. requested a replacement and was told policy requires i would have to send in sales receipt as proof of purchase. i don't save receipts for every single product i purchase and therefore could not provide one. customer service agent told me that due to the above policy there was nothing further she could do. to help oral-b identify this problem area i am providing the following code from the floss container: L704979**** mfg 2-18-17 hope this helps you identify the problem. i am disappointed that my call to oral-b did not resolve the problem
