Oral-B rebate is a scam

1

I purchased an Oral-B Pro 3000 from the dentist during my Sept. 2019 appointment. The office staff gave me the rebate form and the paid receipt to submit along with the barcode that I had to cut from the box. The box that the toothbrush was in stated that this product is only available for purchase from a professional dentist. Four weeks after I had sent the materials in, I received a postcard stating that the company won't pay a rebate for this product. The rebate is only $20, but I made sure the dentist knows not to sell this product to his patient's and have them expect to receive $20 back. This scam really makes Oral-B look like a total ripoff.
