I have ordered Sag Harbor pants from Old Pueblo Traders before and found some I liked so I ordered 4 pair of pants (2 Black, 1 Espresso, 1 Taupe) on 1/19/2018. They sent three as ordered, but the fourth, the taupe, was the wrong color. They sent coffee in a taupe product # bag. I assumed this to be a packaging error and would be an easy fix. I simply sent them back for exchange. Rather than do the easy fix, OPT actually took them out of the taupe # bag and sent them back to me in a product # bag for coffee color. Let me repeat that. Someone at Old Pueblo Traders took the pair of coffee colored pants out of the bag they came in that had a taupe product number on it, put them in a bag that had the coffee product number on it and sent them back to me. Someone with the initials MO wrote on the slip that I had ordered coffee pants on a previous order and I HAD SWITCHED THE PANTS into the taupe bag! I join all of the other commenters on this site that say they will never do business with this company again. This will not stop here. *** service I can understand, but this is way beyond that.
