Charges were fraudulently made leading to my online account information changed/ external payment method utilized. I requested CLOSER many times prior to the account being closed and it was never closed. I am disputing balance and Delinquency of account. User's recommendation: DON'T OPEN AN ACCOUNT IS MORE TROUBLE THEN ITS WORTH.
