On 5/26/18 I bought a couch and loveseat combination in a red leather appearing material. The seat seam in the midportion of the couch seat has pulled through or come unraveled and the only use of this furniture has been by two elderly people with no young children. I am VERY unhappy about this and went back to the retailer who advised me that nothing could be done. I paid over one thousand dollars for this furniture and am disappointed with the quality. What recourse do I have? I have photos on my cellphone but do not know how to send them. If it is required, I will try to get someone to help me attach or send them.
