very simple been using Copenhagen for over 15 years 1st time ever opened my can of long cut wintergreen the tobacco cuts were over 1 to 2 inches long this has never happened before quality control I always found Copenhagen to better then the rest this problem has to be a quality control issue at the plant please resolve the issue I can be contacted at my email julespier@***.com I consider myself to be a very loyal customer ive tried them all but there is nothing better than Copenhagen on the market I am not pissed it happens things do sneak buy on an occasion but I wanted you to be aware
