Used air fryer a couple of times and door open light stayed lit after closing fryer. There is no way to basket in wrong with my brand, so that was not the fix. However, after locating sensor button, I determined that button was not engaging basket. The simple fix for now is to lift basket, up and to the left as I close air door. Later, I will examine track that fryer door travels on as it is closes. I may be able to adjust. User's recommendation: Try lifting door up and to the left, towards sensor as door is closed.
