After 1 month of lies, false starts, empty promises, I think the public should be made aware of what can happen when management has an indifference and lies go unaccounted for. If you can't install, or fix the problem, then why are you filling the mailbox with fliers and ads promoting your services? Just admit you don't have savvy techs and don't service the area.
