I am so over people and their poor *** customer service mind you I had this service for over 10 years My oldest was in PA for 10 years. I experienced PA switching to Securus, n leaving GTl as messaging which did not make sense why not leave that on JPAY. So I call them n tell them my sons calls from NJ are not transferring from my house to my phone they wanna argue really they cannot transfrer my funds from my house to my cell because I transferred funds before WHAT I should be able to transfer my $$$ whenever I want. My Sons do not have life Im over this prison stuff. I want to delete this app but it is my phone connection with one son n email with another
