Only received a few issues

I subscribed online, the offer was to receive free booklets for subscribing. I paid online, I still got emails asking for payment. I emailed back with proof of my payment and I’ve only received 3 issues of the magazine. I don’t recall subscribing to a quarter of a year subscription. What a rip-off.
