I was referred to Dr. West after an accident. He wouldn't listen to my complaints. He mis-diagnosed my source of pain. Wanted to keep giving me expensive shots and wanted to do surgery. I got fed up and went to a chiropractor and my problem was resolved in just a few visits. My pain was coming from suffering from whiplash and not a ruptured rotor cuff. After my lawyer confronted them for overcharging me they put a credit on my account which they refuse to reimburse me for. they give me every excuse in the book not to refund my money. This guy doesn't give a *** about patients, only money. stay away.
