Only as last resort
Terrible company and terrible customer service. I ordered a part on line that showed in stock and received an email a week later telling me the part was on back order. I went ahead and found the part elsewhere, then called Sears Pars Direct back to cancel the order. They said it would take 2-3 days to cancel since the guy in customer service isn't allowed to cancel orders for customers but has to send an email to a different group. I felt sorry for the guy in customer service. Sears Parts Direct won't even let him service his customers. I understand the refund taking 2-3 days but not the order cancelation. They're just ridiculous
