Only 1 cashier open with many customers waiting with full carts but 15 self serve cash registers open which are only good for a few items. They finally opened a 2nd cashier but did not take the customers who had been waiting forever. Manager did NOTHING to rectify it even though he was requested by several customers. He just blamed "corporate" for the problem of funneling all customers through the self serve registers.
