Hello my name Is Elijah Owina I signed up to the Plus500UK platform on the 21/1017 at approximately 18.00. I deposited £5000 and put down £3172 and began trading. At approximately 21.00 I clicked cashout which had an amount of approximately £3600 it would not let me cash out and said my account was being verified. I contacted you guys via live chat informing you my email address I registered with was incorrect and to up date it this was between 22.00 and 00.00. My account was not verified until I 5.15 on the 22/10/17 at which point I had lost a large portion of my equity. I am well aware I pose the risk of profit or loss however I would have made a profit if I was allowed to cash out on the dozen occasions I tried. Even if my email address had been verified when requested and not up to 10 hours later I would have not taken a loss. I have messaged you guys numerous times through email & live chat without a response to my query. I am a first time customer to your platform I am appalled with the service I have received. I would like a full refund of £3220 which I have lost because of a technical inefficientcy on your end as well as almost a 24 hr delay before my account was fully live. I was not verified to cash out however I was verified sufficiently to take the lost which would have and should have been avoided. Please get back to me addressing my query. Kind regards Elijah Owina
