Online system is down and I can’t make a payment through the phone number provided

The online website kmfusa has been down since Saturday. I chose to do paperless so I cant reach anyone to get my account number. I called Kia and the rep told me they dont have that information. Every number Im calling, is either hanging up or disconnected.
