I ordered a tracksuit online for my son on the 11/07/2019, I paid with my Visa card, order number P331676559. Two days later I got an email indicating my order was cancelled. I called the call center I was told the tracksuit was out of stock at the warehouse and at the shops. The money should be refunded into my back account. I was told the refund was finalized on the 13/07/2019, it should take 7-14 working days for it to reflect in my account. The tracksuit was mysteriously available online on the 25/07/2019. I called the call center to find out if It was really available this time. The consultant said they can confirm when I have paid for the order. I told her I wont risk another refund situation. I then called Totalsports shops for availability of stock. A very helpful guy by the name of Lebogang at mall of Africa helped me. He confirmed the tracksuit is available at Birch Acres mall. I bought the tracksuit cash at the birch acres shop on the 25/07/2019. Same tracksuit as order number P331676559 because my son really wanted it and I didn't want to disappoint him. I called the call center again on the 1/08/2019 and I was told the money should have reflected in my account on the 31/07/2019. I checked with my bank(FNB Private Bank). No payment was made. I checked my bank statement, uncleared funds, no money was deposited. I have been checking with my bank still no refund/unclear amounts. I am EXTREMELY disappointed at the service I'm receiving from Totalsports. All I want is my money back. Its not my fault you didn't have stock, why am I being punished for it. I want my money to be refunded. I have never seen such incompetence in my life. Your service is worse than our public hospitals. on the 05/08/2019 i was advised that someone from the online department will contact me. 08/08/2019 im still waiting
