I had driven out of my way to purchase a bathing suit at the store stating that they had it upon arrival they did not have the bathing suit but they did do an online purchase at the store when I receive the bathing Suit and finally Ward on vacation there was a defect In the straps that was unable to be fixed enough for me to wear it. I called customer service waited over a half hour but when I finally received a agent on the phone by the name of Alyssa she was awesome and took care of the problem immediately so with all the side I will continue to purchase from Windsor because of the awesome customer service that I received
