TRIED to log on to Ally's website to make my payment. Using the RIGHT combination of ID and Password I am greeted with a BLANK screen. Kind of Tough to make the Payment with this result from your,so called, Bank. Now being the Responsible Customer that I am and, trying to resolve the issue quickly I take the time, you know MY TIME, and call your So Called Bank. After a couple of enter your account and one moment while we transfer, moves the end Result is, WE ARE AT A MEETING TRY AGAIN LATER. REALLY???? Not an Issue Ally. Snail Mail like the other times with a "Sign For Receipt". Actually a through pain in my *** and it cost's me more, but that is OK. And you guy's wonder why you have such a thoroughly *** UP reputation. It's because of *** like this. User's recommendation: If the choice is Buying New with Ally or Walking. Walk.
