On 8/21 I was browsing shoes online because I had $20.00 kohls cash that was about to expire. While checking the price in my cart the system blinked and I could see the shoes had been ordered without my kohls cash. I tried to cancel the order but the system would not let me, saying the order was in the process of being filled. A few days later I received the shoes that I did not want so I took them back to the nearest store for a refund. The lady there gave me a look like why are you bothering me but refunded the cost of the shoes. I told her what had happened but she just shrugged it off. Then I asked why the shipping fees were not refunded when I never even ordered the shoes and all I got was another shrug. Then I tried to file a complaint on Kohls chat and every time I sent it it would say that there was a problem on their end and would I please retype it. Are you people serious? So as of now I am out the $20.00 kohls cash and I owe for shipping on an item I never ordered and I have been treated very rudely for my troubles. Thanks for nothing Kohls.
