I have never been so frustrated with a company before! I have been a loyal customer for many years and that ends today. I bought three suitcases for and upcoming trip in February. I have been charged for four suitcases at four different prices. I have been trying to work this out for months. Each time it gets more tangled. I have spoken to eighteen customer service reps. Each one reassures me that the problem is fixed. I spent 1.5 hours on hold today waiting for a representative. After a brief conversation we were disconnected.
