Online order- awful customer service

I ordered shoes on 11 Dec. On 14 Dec I got an email from Hermes to say they had shoes and they would be on their way within 48 hours. They havent arrived (today is 22 Dec). I spent all of yesterday trying to speak to someone about this at both Foitasylum and Hermes. I have been on several online chats and left several messages about the issue but it has not been resolved. I finally found a telephone number for Footasylum Customer Services and after completing forms to allow the call to go through - I was then told that no one was answering and I should go to the website!! It has been a very frustrating experience. I am now very concerned that my sons Christmas present will not arrive. I appreciate that these are difficult times but this is definitely the worst company I have worked with. Noirin B, Manchester, UK User's recommendation: Don’t order shoes from Footasylum online.
