The website asks ridiculous questions and produces worthless agreements that a lawyer will laugh at and a judge will send home for correction and formatting. I knew before I even looked at the paper that they were going to be crap, but the "customer service" rep said to download them and see what I thought. I immediately contacted the company to express my displeasure with their product and their answer was "well, you downloaded them, so we have fulfilled our part of the bargain - no refund".
