Online booking errors go too expensive

We are quite old people – a married couple from Italy. When we filled out the form on the company’s website, I entered our names in the appropriate fields, but when we paid the price of two tickets, it turned out that our names were duplicated and we were recorded on the tickets as John John Brown and Juliet Juliet Brown. I called the support service and I was assured that everything will be fine, we will be missed with these tickets for the international flight. Indeed – they allowed us on the first flight, but they refused to let us in at an international transfer! The airline could not do anything! They only offered us to buy new tickets for a flight that flies only after 4 hours. We were extremely disappointed, thinking about suing them.

:)) Are you sure that you did not enter the surname twice?

Do you mean if I entered the name "twice twice"? yes, I'm sure - we could not be wrong twice
