Online banking is a joke!

What a pile of *** I log into the "improved digital banking" app, or into the updated site and Bill Pay doesn't work. I get an error message and no idea what it wrong, how to fix it, etc. So I call the line euphemistically called "customer service". A recording once on choose the online banking option says "You will need to reestablish your bill pay options the first time you log in...". You're referred to a website that supposedly has some demos and information as to how to do this....nothing. I have waited on hold - TWICE - for over 20 minutes trying to get some assistance to no avail. I'd encourage everyone to consider doing what I am going to do; transfer your banking relationship to a bank that isn't as completely clueless and dismissive of customer needs as this *** third-rate Canadian bank. ***
