This pertains t o theexisting water leak that has been inconveniently charged to our bill. We have brought this issue to your attention multiple times! My fiancé noticed water had overflowed the meter box therefore shut the water off from the house to the meter. We wanted to read the meter so he siphoned the water out and noticed an object floating to the surface. It was the water module sensor your company had installed rusted and disconnected from both meters. The meters have been monitored heavily for the last few days as water slowly creeps down the street. There has been no meter movement what so ever during the whole time. If water was leaking from our property that would force the water indicator to spin. Our water indicator only spins when water is running in the house! I have taken the liberty to make photos of the count of gallons being measured during the day. This will provide evidence that it is a city issue to my understanding. On 10/28/2019 6:30 pm a representative of J.D. Precision Plumbing (Addam Lund) Had inspected our property, including the toilets, hot water heaters.
