One Travel is a company I think that is based in Indian or at least everyone who works there have an accent, however, that is not the issue. The issue is that I paid $500 for a flight to paris. I purchased insurance, then Covid 19 happened. They said I would have to call the airline (Air Canada) for a refund. They put me hold and "attempted" to call the airline. After waiting 38 minutes they returned to the phone only to tell me that the airlines are not taking refunds due to Covid even thought he airline cancelled my return flight from Paris to New York. They said I can only get a voucher which expires in a year. This company is PER FRAUD!!!!!!!! I'm filing a law suit today
