One registar open with 5 people waiting too check out, finally open another register and the clerk services the last person in line after severalv other customers have been waiting for 10 minutes.

I informed the manager about the lack of customer service and she explained the person that got waited on when second register opened was the clerks son, as if that is a good excuse. I called the customer service phone number, left a detailed message with call back number and received ZERO reply. I will NOT go to a FREDS store again, DOLLOR GENERAL and WAL-MART will get all my future business.
