I used the online website to order a breakfast package gift....3 items. I went to the helpline chat, asked if all the items would be one gift, was told yes. so I placed my order. Now I am advised the packages will arrive separately, on different dates.....not as one gift. I talked to chat helpline today after being advised of this, and was told " that is how it is done" . They did apologize for the "misunderstanding." I won't recommend them.
