One of three items in my order was not delivered.

Around June 6 I ordered 2 onesies and a pair of socks. The 2 onesies arrived on/around June 14. The email i received clearly stated the socks had not shipped at that point. When i view the tracking information, it states the is no order to be found. The only response i can get out of redbubble is a copy of the email regarding the delivery of the onesies. This has been the craziest experience attempting to simply get an answer. My next step is to call my credit card company and cancel payment. I just want the silly over priced socks! I don't understand why you can't respond to an email with correct information. Please - look into this. User's recommendation: Do not rely on customer service to assist you with any type of issue. It does not exist.
