Hi My order number was R05127**** One of the adjustable beds has stopped working, it will not do anything. I have 2 of the beds and pressed the reset button. This is under the bed on the power lead. I have changed the battery's on the remote and used another socket that i know works. The bed isnt responding to any of the remotes buttons. The bed has a label with NU202U 127780C180038 User's recommendation: The customers service is at best awful.
