One of are trees we purchased this spring has died

We bought a tree this spring in May 2020 planted it end of May 2020 and have been watering and taking care of it. And it has died literally has not grown at all. Our other dogwood tree is doing beautifully. I would like a refund or a replacement tree. Thank you. Can not get customer service on phone and e mail is going well either.
