One headset stopped working and will not charge

Original review updated by user Feb 13, 2021 One of the two headsets stopped working. It will not charge either, no lights come on neither the red light when turning on nor the green light when plugged into the charger. I have switched the battery from the good set and experiencing the same condition. Please help! Purchased on Amazon November 4, 2020
