One filter was damaged

I have ordered a lamp and two filters from www.freshwatersystems.com. When my order arrived one filter was damaged, so I contacted the company by mail and asked for a replacement. Since there was no reply I decided to try their phone number, but no one ever picked up the phone. I hope someone from the company reads this, because I really need help. Thank you.
