Albert is no good, not only is he bad for business, he is rude and obnoxious. He took us to a view a used home valued at $73,000.00, and as we entered, I asked if the kitchen sinks were newly installed, he said “yes”. Upon closer view, I pointed in it and said “no they are not, look in the crevices”. And his response was, “honey, it’s not like you are buying a new home.” He printed out two options for the down payment, one column showing a $2000.00 down, and another column showing a $5000.00 down, however, the mortgage and lot fees only differed by $20.00. So of course, we were excited about having the option to put $2000.00 down. We gathered all the documents and I took them in, along with the $2000.00 down payment, on Friday September 29th. He took everything, said he had everything needed, and even remarked how “fabulous” it would be, if we close before my birthday on October 11th. Boy was I excited?!?! The very next day, Saturday September 30th, my daughter went in to sign her portion of the offer letter, and to our dismay, he baggered my daughter about getting more money from family and friends!!!!! What???? When my daughter called and told me this, I subsequently just told her to go and get our money back, because I didn’t trust him anymore. We have decided to save up five or six thousand dollars in the next 3 months, and just get a new one. So I have been calling the office ever since, to find out if I came back there to do any business, would he benefit from a portion of the sale, simply because we had spoken with him first, but the calls go straight to voicemail regardless of what times we call. So, I have the feeling he has blocked our numbers. Mind you, we are calling the general office number. He is a sick disgusting animal who should be caged somewhere, and not allowed to be working with humans.
