On line order of a Gift basket for delivery

I ordered a gift basket on the 11th January to be delivered on the 4th Feb to the UAE for a birthday gift. It cost me $114 Australian and I re riced a receipt with order specifications and an order number for tracking. I have since emailed 3 times to check on the status of my order and cannot get a response and the last 2 emails won't go through because the inbox is full, I am very concerned that this company has taken my money and my order will not be sent.
