DI have shopped Randall's for over 20 years. The virus has hit I have been trying to order on line. The credit card section is ALWAYS down for 3 months now. I talked to a customer service person today, and they said it was an IT problem. They are losing customers and orders due to this problem. User's recommendation: do not bother with on line ordering - you do not find out until the end they cannot take credit card info.
