On hold to cancel account for 2.5 hours
I called to cancel my account with Telus. I waited on hold for two hours before an agent responded and then was asked a series of security questions. I requested to cancel my account. I was told by the agent they could not cancel my account and I needed to be transferred to a member of another team. I was put on hold again for another half hour. Seriously??? I don't get paid by the hour and why could one person not be trained to handle all inquiries and requests. This is equally annoying that I have to submit 100 words and I don't really need to tell you any more and now I am typing words just so I can submit this review.
