Trying simply to verify what name goes on a check for a rollover. Called retirement plan number and was told I had to call investor number. Sat on hold for 30 minutes and finally gave up - found answer online but wanted to verify it from someone. Thankfully had other work I could do while on hold otherwise would have been a complete waste of 30 minutes!
