I cancelled service with Oil Express after speaking with customer service 3 times tostop sending automtic delivery. Two months after cancelling my service, they sent another deliver and expct me to pay for it. Another call was made and I am still waiting to hear from the manager. Meanwhile, they continue to strong arm me into staying with them and telling me I need to "settle up" with them. Seriously? They are scammers! They are also much more expensive than other companies. Go with Self-Reliance. It is a non-profit organization and they save you .10 -.20 less a gallon than Oil Express!
