I was at the location on 5885 Far Hills Avenue. Dayton OH 45429, for an oil change, in my nearly new car with 1300 miles. After discussing with them, that the last time I went to a garage other than midas. My dipstick read more than a quart and a half low in the parking lot of that garage. After my oil change, I took my car home. After adequate cool down time (over 2 hours) I noticed I was more than a quart low. My dipstick read halfway up the crosshatched portion of my dipstick on my newer car which does not leak any oil. If I took the car back to them across town, im sure they would have made it right, but I opted to use some oil my mother had in her garage to top it off. I am appalled that this happened.
