done doin business with west marine forever..every time I go there for something they don't have it and always have to order it?? why even have a storefront if its always gotta be ordered?if I wanted something in a day or two that would be fine but how about for the things u need now? the employees are clueless to anything about boating and need to learn which end of the boat is pointy and which end is square.i called there gave an "employee" a part # and they said they had it so I drove there to find out the "employee" thought I made a mistake on the part# I gave him and low and behold yea we don't have that but we can order it?? drove an hr to go to that store passing places that probably had it to get there for nothing but a headache. this is not the first time ive had a problem like this with them but it will be the last. west marine should close there doors and b an online store like all the other ones that r gonna just put them out of business. this way people don't have to deal with "employees" that don't know anything and a store with more empty spots on the shelves than spots that r full??
