Ive been staying at the knight inn in madison heights michigan and i pay my weekly rate every week for the last 4 months and my best friends been staying here for almost 2 years and the way alex and one of the other guys treat us is very unacceptable we do not cause any problems sitting out side our 2 rooms and very friendly to other guest cause we want people to feel welcome but these 2 men u have in your office need something done to them how they talk to guest when we have paid so much money to have a place to stay on top of all that he goes to the manager above him lies to him to get people threatened to be put out when we have nothing wrong
