Signed up to Zoolz in 2018 citing lifetime 1TB. Trying to retrieve a backup from May 2018. Nothing registers. Zoolz now claims that we need to pay a $10 annual maintenance fee because they have users who are abusing their "lifetime" plans. I've only backed up once and have since been unable to retrieve it.
