Update by user Jun 18, 2020 As of 12 June 2020, I have contacted the customer service department stating that I had not received the product. They have not responded, sent an email confirmation of my order or a shipment confirmation of my order.I am truly a pissed off consumer with this retailer. Not only have they purported themselves as an A+ retail site, but they also have, at every turn, made excuse after excuse of why they can't deliver even after taking my order and my money.They should have made it clear, before ordering, that because of COVID-19, there will be delays of a few weeks. This is not two months later.This makes no sense to me and I would like this resolved ASAP. If you can help, please do. Thank you. Original review posted by user May 18, 2020 4/21/20, I ordered face masks from this online seller after seeing their advertisement on Instagram. I ordered two and paid. I received an order confirmation page but not an email. Since I was on my phone and the site asked for my email address, I just assumed that they would send an email with the same information as all other online retailers do. 5/18/20, I have not received the items nor have I received an email about an ETA for the items or if the items were in stock and even shipped. After several emails to their "customer service/support team", I still have not received any information concerning my order. I had even sent a screenshot of the payment from my financial institution. This is unacceptable and I feel that I have been scammed and taken advantage of because of the COVID-19 pandemic. User's recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ONLINE RETAILER.
