My husband and I have been noticing the TV commercials and, out for a drive, decided to explore. The sales assistant was the most obnoxious sales person we have ever met. She was demanding and curt to our answers. I believe in pre-qualifing people, but after she knew that WE were not ready to buy, she was reluctant to even give us a price list. We asked for a brochure and we were denied one based on the fact that we were not buying. She asked why we needed one if we weren't going to buy. What she didn't know (and didnt ask) was that a family member is moving to Phoenix this fall, and will be looking in the Goodyear area, probably for a condo. We decided we would NOT send her to your sales office. Both my husband and I are professional business people, and have worked with sales people all our lives. You hire people to represent and promote your business not to offend people as they walk in the door and refuse them materials. Actually, I went in again. after we looked at the condos to ask about the appliances. She was with another couple and as I was waiting and looking at a few of the brochures, she attacked me again, saying that there was nothing in there that I needed, that she only gave them out to people interested in buying. Unbelievable!
