I recently placed an order at their online website. My order is no more than US $600. I shortly received an email from Maison Francis Kurkdjian stating that my order fell into the fraudulent transactions because it was over $450. They wanted me to send a photo copy of my ID along with the front of my credit card. I have never heard of a such thing being asked from company of this caliber. I tried to call the corporate office And their online office In Paris trying to reach a human person to talk about it but with no luck. But I did get a email back stating that this policy was not personal and that is something they normally do with orders over $450. So I read the terms and conditions and it clearly states that they accept orders up to €5000 with one purchase. So this is why I am offended
