I ordered 2/28/19 My credit card was charged After 2 weeks I emailed company to find my order 3/10 I was told company very busy my item was being shipped in a few days 3/14 sent email asking where item? Anna told me would be shipped! Gave me 10% refund for shipping 3/17 asked again where order was... 3/18 said her computer says it was shipped 3/25 I sent another email 3/26 Anna said resending now I said yes resend She even gave me a refund for the shipping 3/29 I have asked Anna for tracking number she has ignored my pleas . 4/1 filed complaint with BBB
