O2 concentrator

I have been on hold for 1 hr. trying to talk to SOMEONE at the Las Vegas office. I need some assistance with my O2 Concentrator. The alarm keeps going off. There is actually no excuse for this. What if I need this oxygen just to breathe at all. This is not the first time I have had trouble even getting the phone answered. Please respond. Donna Aldridge [protected]
