Used the club for a year and cancelled membership in October 2017. Have not used the club since then except when thought about starting again and went once in Feb. Realized with accountant Ive been being charged monthly since 2017. Never received any marketing or receipt email from them in all that time. Was just told its because the person who signed me up initially never fully processed my application and even though they have the correct email for me they never fully entered into the system. I got a free day pass online and went February 3rd so use the facilities to see if I wanted to rejoin. The check-in lady seemed confused and just let me go in. Im wondering if she didn't understand why I was using a day pass if I was a member. Of course she didnt say anything otherwise I would have started trying to figure this out.
